How To Use: Pour your loaf and wait. Seriously — patience is everything here! The batter needs to firm up before you scrape. Too soon and your design will be mushy; too late and it won't move at all. You're looking for that moment when it holds its shape but still has some give — think firm pudding or cold butter.

1. Place your scraper in the guide at your desired height
2. Position the guide across your mold
3. Draw the scraper through the batter in one smooth, confident motion
4. Use Scraper 1 for the yellow petals, Scraper 2 for the brown center
5. Not enough definition? Wait a few more minutes and try again on a scrap end!

How To Order: Choose the width that matches your mold's interior width:

• AMZ 2 3/4" (7cm) — fits the standard Amazon loaf mold
• BB 3.375" (8.5cm) — fits the Brambleberry loaf mold
• BA 3.625" (9.2cm) — fits the Brambleberry Batter Bowl mold
• Custom — add your mold's interior width to the order notes at checkout

All our scrapers are designed to fit snugly, but be adjustable within the guide. This allows you to make finite adjustments to the position and put the scraper at any desired height in your mold.
