This double sided scraper is a medium size hill with a slight dip at the bottom. It works best when the batter firms up after pouring. If you don't see enough definition when you scrape, wait a little longer for your batter to firm up.

All our scrapers are designed to fit snugly, but be adjustable within the guide. This allows you to make finite adjustments to the position and put the scraper at any desired height in your mold.
Our scrapers are shown in the photos to fit a mold that is approximately 7cm wide.
