How to Order: Select Your Fit

Standard Molds (Easy Fit): Sized for the most popular 10" loaf molds —

• AMZ: Fits the common 42oz (1200g) silicone loaf molds from Amazon (~26cm L x 7cm W)
• BB: Fits the Standard 10" silicone loaf mold from Bramble Berry
• BA: Fits the Standard 10" silicone loaf mold from Bulk Apothecary

Custom Loaf (up to 4"W x 19"L): Seamless mats for loaf molds up to 100mm x 480mm.

• Small: up to 27cm (10.5") long
• Medium: 27–35cm (10.6"–13.77") long
• Large: 35–49cm (13.78"–19.3") long
• X-Large: over 49cm (19.4") long — built from multiple prints with seamless butt joints. Patterns align perfectly, though a faint line may be visible where sections meet.

Small Slab (under 25cm x 25cm): A seamless, single-piece mat for compact slab molds — no seams, no gaps.

Cavity Molds: Perfect for individual bars straight out of a cavity mold —

• AMZ 6 Cavity Mold: includes 6 mini-mats sized for 3.15"L x 2.15"W x 0.75"H cavities
• BB 6 Cavity Rectangle Mold: includes 6 mini-mats sized for the BB 6 Cavity Silicone Rectangle Mold (3.25"L x 1.9"W)

Compatibility & Fit Disclaimer

Every mat is engineered down to the tenth of a millimeter — but we're an independent shop and aren't affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by third-party mold manufacturers (like those found on Amazon, Bramble Berry, or Bulk Apothecary). Commercial molds are mass-produced and can sometimes have slight size variations from their online listings. For the best fit, I recommend following my measuring guide: Measuring For a Perfect Fit.

While I can't be responsible for third-party manufacturing variations, I'm happy to make slight adjustments (under 3mm) to Standard Sizes at no extra cost — just message me before you order so we can get your mat perfectly dialed in! 💛

Technical Specs

Heat & Safety: all mats are made from our signature Flexible Artisan Polymer — durable, tear-proof, and a professional-grade alternative to silicone. These mats are heat-sensitive and can soften or warp with prolonged exposure to high temperatures — see the Pink vs. Clear notes below for what's safe with your soaping method.

Pink Mats: perfect for Cold Process (CP) and Melt & Pour (MP). Because of the pigment, these aren't suitable for CPOP or high-heat setups — please avoid pairing Pink mats with high heat, over-heated Melt & Pour, or harsh essential oils, as this can cause pigment migration onto your soap.

Clear Mats: the lack of pigment makes these the recommended choice for CPOP. Even with Clear, keep an eye on temperatures to prevent the polymer from softening or warping.

The Digital Grain: our signature texture — proof of a tool engineered to the tenth of a millimeter.

Pro-Tips for Success

• Set-up: place the mat at the bottom of the mold before pouring
• Easy release: mist with rubbing alcohol before pouring for a flawless pop
• The "impatient" method: pop the loaf (mat side up) in the freezer for 30–60 minutes for an easy unmold
• Cleanup: hand wash with warm water and dish soap

Studio Policies

Shipping: standard sizes in most designs are typically ready to ship in 1–3 business days. Custom sizes may take up to 7 business days. Large format mats and bulk orders may take up to 15 business days during high-demand periods.

All sales final: because these are bespoke, made-to-order tools, we can't accept returns — please double check your measurements before ordering!
