This is the manufacturing phase of your custom order. Once your design has been engineered in the Lab for a perfect release, it’s time to bring it to life. Every Jamley Lane tool is manufactured in-house to ensure it meets our architectural standards for precision and durability.

Select Your Build & Material:

• Tier 1: The Essential Transfer — $18.00

  • Best for: Makers with clean, "stamp-ready" logos who do not need design services.

  • The Requirement: You provide a high-resolution, black-and-white graphic that meets the "Sharpie Rule" (bold lines, no ultra-fine details).

  • What You Get: A precision-engineered tool based directly on your provided art. No geometry adjustments or proofs are included.

• Tier 2 - 3: Physical Production & Fulfillment — $18.00

  • Who this is for: Customers who have already completed Phase 1: The Design Lab and have an approved digital design on file.

  • What You Get: We take your "stamp-ready" engineered file and manufacture it in our signature Artisan Polymer.

Technical Specifications:

• Material: Heat-treated, water-resistant Artisan Polymer.

• The "Architect's Angle": Unlike generic 3D prints, our tools are built with specific draft angles and chemical-resistant properties to outperform brittle PLA in a high-volume studio environment.

• The Pro-Stamping Guide: Every order includes my digital guide detailing the "Goldilocks" window for impressions and my favorite release-agent tips.

Lead Times:

• Manufacturing & Shipping: Once your order is placed (or your Phase 1 design is approved), it takes about 2–3 business days for me to manufacture, heat-treat, and pack up your tool.

• Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

How to Order:

1. If you are a Tier 1 customer: Send your file to Hello@JamleyLaneSoaps.com and checkout now.

2. If you are completing a Tier 2+ order: Simply select the "Physical Production" option. I will match this order to your approved design from the Lab.

International Makers: > Please note that Jamley Lane is based in the USA. Your country may charge import duties or VAT on physical goods. These fees are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer. Pro-Tip: Purchasing the Design Phase and Manufacturing Phase separately may help keep your physical shipment value below your country’s tax threshold.
