I love collaborating with other makers to create something "legit" for your brand! To make sure your custom insert works perfectly with our drainage system and provides the high-quality look Jamley Lane is known for, I personally approve every custom design before we move to production.

Design Guidelines: Your design should be high-resolution and ready for printing (300+ DPI). I'll work with you to ensure it fits the insert dimensions perfectly and maintains clarity. If you need design help, we can discuss options!

Pricing & Timeline:

• Design approval fees apply to orders under 25 units
• Production time varies by order size—typically 2-3 weeks for 25-50 units, up to 4+ weeks for larger orders
• Current studio volume may affect lead times—contact for availability
• Bulk orders (50+) qualify for wholesale pricing
• Custom orders are made-to-order and non-refundable
