Our mats are precision-tooled to provide a crisp, high-definition texture that stays stable batch after batch. By tailoring the geometry to your specific mold, I help you achieve a professional, seamless finish that off-the-shelf silicone mats can’t match.

How to Order: Select Your Fit

Please use the menu to select the size that best matches your mold. Because our mats are precision-made and cannot be trimmed, choosing the correct dimensions is key to a perfect result.

• Standard Molds (Easy Fit): Designed to fit popular 10" molds.

  • AMZ: Specifically sized for the most common 42oz (1200g) silicone loaf molds found on Amazon (*Approx. 26cm Long x 7cm wide) 
  • BB: Sized for the Standard 10" silicone loaf mold from Bramble Berry.
  • BA: Custom-fit for the Standard 10" silicone loaf mold from Bulk Apothecary.

• Slim / Half-Mold Style: Perfect for creating "half-textured" or "split-impression" designs. Choose this if you want a slim mat to fit only a portion of your mold.

• Custom Loaf (Up to 4"W x 19"L): Seamless mats for any loaf up to 100mm x 480mm. Multi-Piece Mats for Most Sizes Over 480mm Long.  

• Small: Up to 27cm (10.5") Long.
• Medium: Between 27cm -35cm (10.6"-13.77") Long
• Large: Between 27cm-49cm (13.78-19.3") Long
• X-Large: Single Loaf Molds Over 49cm (19.4") Long. These require multiple prints designed with seamless-pattern butt joints. While the patterns are aligned perfectly, please note a faint line may be visible in the finished soap where the mat edges meet

• Custom Slab (Up to 15.75" x 15.75"): Studio Upgrade! I offer seamless, single-piece mats up to 400mm squared. No seams, no gaps.
• XL Slab (Over 40cm): For molds exceeding 40x40cm. These require multiple prints designed with seamless-pattern butt joints. While the patterns are aligned perfectly, please note a faint line may be visible in the finished soap where the mat edges meet.
• ⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you select a Custom option, please enter your exact Interior Length & Width (Millimeters preferred) in either the Text Box on the order page OR "Order Notes" box at checkout.
• Note: Our mats are built with a factory-sealed edge. Do not cut or trim your mat. Cutting destroys the fused seal and allows soap batter to get trapped inside.

📏 Compatibility & Fit Disclaimer
We design all Jamley Lane Soaps mats with high-precision engineering down to the tenth of a millimeter! However, please note that we are an independent shop and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by third-party mold manufacturers (like those found on Amazon, Bramble Berry, or Bulk Apothecary).

Commercial molds are mass-produced and can often have slight size variations or rounding discrepancies that don't always match their online listings. **While I can’t be responsible for third-party manufacturing variations, I’m happy to make slight size adjustments (under 3mm) to Standard Sizes at no extra cost! Just message me before you order so we can get your mat perfectly dialed in.

Technical Specs

⚠️ HEAT & SAFETY: All mats are made from our signature Flexible Artisan Polymer. This material is perfect for a durable, professional-grade soap making tool that's tough, tear-proof, and a superior alternative to silicone. While they are incredibly durable, they are not intended for boiling temperatures or extreme heat.

Pink Mats: These are perfect for Cold Process (CP) and Melt & Pour (MP) soap making. Because of the pigment in the polymer, these are not suitable for CPOP, Hot Process, or high-heat environments. Please avoid using Pink Mats with high-heat methods, Over-Heated Melt and Pour, or harsh Essential Oils, as this can cause the pigment to migrate onto your soap.

Clear Mats: The lack of pigment makes these the recommended choice for CPOP or Hot Process. Even with Clear mats, please monitor your temperatures to prevent the polymer from softening or warping.

The Digital Grain: Our "signature of precision." This subtle texture is proof of a tool engineered to the tenth of a millimeter.

Pro-Tips for Success

• Set-up: Place the mat at the bottom of the mold before pouring.
• Easy Release: Mist with rubbing alcohol before pouring for a flawless release.
• The "Impatient" Method: Pop the loaf (mat side up) in the freezer for 30–60 mins for a perfect "pop" unmolding.
• Cleanup: Hand wash with warm water and dish soap.

Studio Policies

• Shipping: Standard sizes ship within 1–3 business days. Custom sizes may take up to 7 days. Large format mats and bulk orders may take up to 2 weeks depending on current studio volume.
  
• All Sales Final: Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of these tools, we cannot accept returns. Please double-check your measurements!
