How to Use It

Stamp your bars immediately after cutting for the best results, while the surface feels dry but the bar is still slightly pliable — think cold butter or a block of cheddar.

1. Lightly mist your stamp with 99% isopropyl alcohol
2. Center it on your bar
3. Use a rubber mallet to give the back of the stamp 3 firm, steady taps
4. Gently rock and lift to release

For sticky recipes, try the plastic wrap trick — lay a thin piece of plastic wrap over your bar before stamping for a flawless, clean release.

Care
